Semi Private Training

limited to 4 people per session

Our semi private sessions offer personal training in a small group. During a semi private session you work on a programme that has been specifically designed for you, taking your goals, abilities and past history into account. You are guided through your exercise programme by one personal trainer, who spends time with each individual in the session. The sessions last 45 minutes including a warm up, your personalised session and a finisher. They are a great alternative if you enjoy the social aspect of working out as well as the benefit of more individualised attention offered by personal training.

Tabata

limited to 10 people per session

A 45 minute class focusing on short, sharp bursts of intense activity. During a typical Tabata session you will perform exercises for 20 seconds as hard as you can, and then rest for 10 seconds. This is done 8 times with the same or different exercises. Tabata is classed as high intensity interval training, and is therefore a fantastic fat burner.

Boxing

limited to 10 people per session

The main focus of our boxing class is cardio and conditioning. This awesome 45 minute class combines boxercise and technique work, so that you can punch, kick, knee and elbow your way to ultimate fitness.

Core

limited to 10 people per session

Our mat based core classes aim to improve core strength and support whilst building postural awareness. This class is perfect for every level of fitness and great for building strength during injury recovery.

CB 500

limited to 10 people per session

The CB 500 is based on a 45 minutebootcamp style workout using equipment you may not usually find in your average gym setting. The classes are held outdoors (with an indoor option for rainy days) and are based at the Maroubra Bowling Club location. You will burn at least 500 calories during a CB500 class, so be prepared to work hard whilst having a lot of fun!

Circuit Training

limited to 10 people per session

These classes use 10 different strength and conditioning exercises to train all the major muscle groups of the human body. The classes involve kettlebells, powerbags, dumbbells, barbells, bodyweight exercises and the cable machine.

The class features many functional exercises with a strong emphasis on form and technique.

HIIT

limited to 10 people per session

HIIT-Fit classes are 30 minutes in duration, and based on high intensity interval training (HIIT) principles. They are designed to boost your metabolism and increase your body’s ability to burn fat. A typical HIIT class may include the use of equipment such as battleropes, kettlebells, medicine balls, bikes, rower and bodyweight exercises. Definitely a sweaty one!

Kids Class

limited to 8 people per session

A fun fitness class designed to get school kids moving after a day spent sitting at their desks! Our aim is to fight the increase in juvenile diabetes and obesity, and to encourage a love of physical activity by providing a carefully structured and supervised exercise class that helps your child meet the physical activity guidelines of 1 hour of exercise per day! Classes are divided by age-group: 11-15 years and 15-18 years.

Movement & Stability Class

limited to 10 people per session

A Movement and Stability class for those aged 65 and over with the aim of:

  • Preventing falls through focused training
  • Improving strength and bone density
  • Increasing your flexibility

Classes cater to all ability levels and are under the supervision and instruction of professional physiotherapists and fitness experts. HICAPS available.

And of course there’s personal training sessions, which we offer in 30 minutes, 45 minutes, 60 minutes and also Pairs sessions!
