After growing up in England and falling in love with sport at an early age (due to my overly competitive nature) I then completed a Physical Education degree. Fast forward and a few years later I found myself in Australia living by the beach. I soon realised that high school teaching wasn’t for me, and discovered the fitness industry was where I wanted to be.

I get equally as excited as my clients when I see them achieve even the smallest of goals, and watching their transformation week to week is definitely one of the highlights of my job.

I’ve found that I have a big interest in helping people not only with weight loss but also with rehabilitation. I love to help people gradually get back to their day-to-day activities or back into the sports they love, and that injury had prevented them from doing. Seeing my clients move pain free, develop a better range of motion and moving from strength to strength is a fantastic feeling.

I constantly look to develop my skill-set by researching new and innovative techniques whilst keeping training sessions fun and effective.

I have played sport for a long as I can remember. Growing up I was either sailing, rock climbing, dragonboat racing, playing netball, soccer or doing anything I could to keep moving. These days I still play Netball and also Oztag. I attempt to surf, but not very well, and I’ve been known to do a really good worm on the dance floor at friends’ weddings!
