Originally from France (Bonjour!) with a background in marketing and communication, I moved to Sydney 4 years ago with my husband and kids, attracted by the sun, the beach and the kangaroos (still trying to find them in Sydney!)

The very first time I set foot in a gym, I was a slightly overweight stay-at-home mum with two toddlers, wanting to make a change but not knowing where to start. I remember feeling very unfit and self conscious, and I went straight to the treadmill because that’s all I knew how to use back then. After trying all the classes I could, and countless hours of mind-numbing cardio, I finally ventured into the weights room and never looked back!

A few years and 15kg later, I can now say that fitness completely changed my life for the better. So much that I decided to leave my desk job, become a personal trainer, and help others improve their lives too.

As a working mum of two and a person who underwent my own body transformation, I understand very well the struggles. I know how overwhelming it can be to start, how hard it is to find the time, and the obstacles that get in the way. But I believe that, with the right tools and guidance, you can make fitness a part of your life, so that you look and feel your best!

I enjoy working with clients from all walks of life, helping them reach their goals and incorporate healthy habits into their lives. As a pre- and post-natal coach, I particularly enjoy helping mums and mums-to-be get in shape and feel confident.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time in the kitchen trying new recipes, singing and dancing with my kids, taking long walks, and mentally adopting every shelter dog on my Facebook feed.
