So named because you can burn up to 500 calories during this boot-camp style workout designed to encourage, not intimidate, you into the best shape of your life. A typical HIIT class will involve timed intervals and rest periods of differing duration, and the use of a variety of equipment, such as battleropes, kettlebells, Medballs, Dead Balls, bikes, rower and your bodyweight. There may be a number of exercises that involve jumping, so if you have a prior history of joint problems please advise your personal trainer or group fitness instructor.
