Coastal Bodies offers a range of Tabata training workouts in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney for people who enjoy an intense workout of short duration. Ideal for getting rid of love handles, back fat and muffin tops, our Tabata training program is designed to maximise the fat burn and take your fitness to the next level.

A Tabata workout involves high intensity exercise alternated with rest periods; typically this means 20 seconds of exercising as hard as you can, followed by a 10 second rest period. Different exercises are used, so you never get bored. Come in ready to work hard, and leave feeling motivated!

We run our Tabata training exercises at our gym and at a number of local parks across the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney, so there will always be a venue that is easily accessible and a time that suits your schedule.
