I’m an energetic, dedicated and enthusiastic Health and Fitness Coach with a broad range of skills obtained through working across different professional settings. My passion for health and fitness commenced ten years ago in my home town of London when I began working as a Learning Support Assistant and Physical Education Coordinator in a school for children with additional needs, not too long after graduating from college with a National Diploma in Sport Science.

I consider myself a skilled soccer player, and previously played at a semi professional level in the UK. I’m also an experienced soccer coach, who previously coached for Chelsea FC in the community. I am very passionate about strength and conditioning training, and frequent my local gym.

Since moving to Sydney in 2018, I furthered my experience in health and fitness by obtaining my Certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness. I have a commitment to making health and fitness fun and motivating for individuals, but I’m also aware that no two clients are the same, and I enjoy working collaboratively with my clients and other professionals to produce a highly individualised and evidence-based programme.
